FAQ
Common questions.
If something isn't here, the store where you purchased will be happy to help. We handle the logistics; contact with the recipient goes through the store.
Where do I find my tracking number?
You receive it in the shipping confirmation email from the store where you placed your order. It may come in different formats — we support all of them through the 17track network (1500+ carriers).
What does "overseas warehouse" mean?
The sender's warehouse outside your country, where your parcel departs from. After reaching the EU it passes through a distribution center, customs clearance, and is then handed to the local courier for final delivery.
The status hasn't updated for a while — what should I do?
In international transport (especially overland), gaps of 5–10 days between updates are normal — the parcel keeps moving, but it's only scanned at transit terminals. If more than 14 days pass without any movement, contact the store you ordered from.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the transport mode chosen by the store — from around two weeks (overland) up to about six weeks (sea freight). After arrival in the destination country: customs clearance 1–3 business days + local courier 1–2 days.
I have a complaint / my parcel is damaged
Complaints are handled by the store where you bought the item — reply to your order confirmation email or use the store's contact form. BLEYO works with stores in the background (logistics), so we don't handle consumer returns directly.
